Brownstone is an easy walk to campus or if you prefer, catch the bus! BYU’s free RYDE shuttle bus stops by frequently during peak hours!  This complex is half boys and half girls and makes up most of the student ward. It is close to VASA Fitness, and the Seven Peaks Water Park & Ice Rink, so there are plenty of things to do in your “down time” from your studies!

 

The rent includes Gas, Water, sewer. Tenants responsible for Electricity, Phone, Cable, and high speed internet available from Google Fiber.
There is a dishwasher and microwave, and air conditioning. There are four laundry rooms in the complex so no more late trips to the laundry mat!
