Ways to Pay Rent:

1. Bring Check or Money Order to our office at 780 West Columbia Lane Provo. Please make all checks out to Steve Weir.

2. Bring Cash in person to our office at 780 West Columbia Lane Provo. We do not carry change in the office. Any excess paid will be applied as a credit to your account.

3. Set up Bill Pay through your bank. The Payee will need to be Stone Properties, LLC. The Address 55 W 200 N, Provo UT 84601. Please make your account number your apartment name and unit number. Bill pay checks can take up to 10 days to get to us so please plan accordingly.

4. Pay Via Venmo. There is no additional fee from us when paying with Venmo. Please put the condo name and month(s) you are paying in the "What's it for" area. Venmo username can be sent by landlord upon request.

As a reminder, rent is due on the first of each month. We will charge a late fee if it has not been received by 5:00 on the 5th. The late fee is $30 plus $2 for every day that it is late. If a check is being mailed it must be postmarked by the 1st or received by the 5th to be considered on time.
